  • If you are applying for the French section, you can complete the admission process without the results, but you must submit your exam results by the deadline given by your admissions officer. Generally, for September intakes, the deadline is mid-July, and for February intakes, it is mid-December.

Acceptance will be conditional on meeting the requirements.

Yes, you can provide additional documents after submission by sharing them with your admissions officer or recruitment advisor.

Include all diplomas in your possession with your application. This will give our admissions officers a better understanding of your situation.

Your essay is a vital part of your application. It is an opportunity for you to showcase your strengths, motivation and interests.

It should be typed and contain 500-650 words, where we expect you to share your personal experience by answering to 1 of the questions below:

  • Why did you choose EHL? Which criteria did you use when assessing if EHL is the right fit for you?
  • EHL prepares students to become leaders in a competitive, demanding and global industry. What are your expectations for EHL and your career objectives?
  • What current trends in the hospitality industry interest you most? How will EHL prepare you to address these trends during your career?

Please remember to add your name and the topic you have chosen at the top of the first page.

The process typically takes 5–6 weeks but can be completed in as little as 4 weeks if all your documents are ready.

It is always better to indicate all your nationalities and upload all the passports you have. It will help us provide the best guidance, especially if you require a visa.

Start your application as early as possible, ensure that during your interview and essay, you share your personal experiences and explain how EHL will help you achieve your goals.

We organise Admissions Webinars regularly throughout the year; please check our events page to register.

Once your admission officer has reviewed your documents, you will receive a series of aptitude tests to complete. The tests will take approximately 35 minutes and will include logic, quantitative, and behavior-based questions. These assessments are designed to evaluate your strengths and provide a holistic overview of your skills. There is no specific preparation required for these tests, but we recommend completing them in a calm environment with a stable Wi-Fi connection on a computer. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact your admission officer for assistance.
