EHL Campus (Singapore) facilities

EHL Campus (Singapore) is located 3 Lady Hill Road, in a residential area at a walking distance from Orchard Road and Stevens Road. The 2,400 square meter building is set on 1.9 hectares of land.

Once a boarding school for the children of British soldiers, the former Kinloss House was completely restored to its former classic beauty. A complete refurbishment was completed at the end of 2020, intending to provide the best learning environment to EHL students.

Student Terms & Conditions

Our courses are subject to terms and conditions that are detailed in a student contract. The contract is a legally binding document between EHL Campus (Singapore) and students and is meant to protect students. Following your application to a short course, if you meet the enrollment criteria, you will receive a formal offer confirming your fees. By signing the offer, you will confirm that you have understood the advisory note and accept the conditions of the contract.

You have a cooling period of 7 working days after the accepting the contract.

A 3-day short course to: 

  • Learn how to design and develop a successful hospitality concept - from the strategic and creative level down to the day-to-day operations.
  • Discover how existing hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars and private clubs can be turned around with a strong concept.

Designing Hotel & Restaurant Concepts Course

A 4-day short course to: 

  • Develop your knowledge of the world of fine wines
  • Gain an understanding of the economic variables that affect the wine market
  • Assess how wine prices are determined
  • Identify wines that are underpriced
  • Invest in wines that will generate the best financial and epicurean yields

Wine Investment

A short course over 3 days,  plus preparatory study time to:

  • Gain insight into one of the most popular methods of innovation (design thinking) applied to business models.
  • Get comfortable with the messiness of service business model design 
  • Understand 360° of creating a service 
  • Strategic innovation: applying the lens of strategic customer centricity (deciding who your customer should be, or not, and designing for that) as opposed to designing incremental operational innovations.
  • Understand the digital landscape, how digital services are created, and how you do business accordingly.

Student Directives

The Student Directives provide a framework that enables community life to function properly both during class time and at all other times. They apply to all students enrolled in an academic program offered by EHL Campus (Singapore).

Rules & Regulations

The academic short courses delivered by EHL  are subject to a set of rules that define in particular the conditions for enrolling and obtaining a certificate. 

Course Fees, Protection and Refunds

The fee for each Short Course is indicated in the Short Course contract and is paid in 1 installment.

The price includes the tuition fee, access to learning material, reference book, lunches and coffee breaks, transportation in the morning and evening from-to the nearest MRT station, front office support for the duration of the course.

A discount is granted to Singaporeans and Singapore residents.

Should you need to change your plan, the refund policy is 100% if we receive your cancellation more than 30 days before the course start date, and 50% between 30 and 15 days before the course start date. Unfortunately, we cannot refund cancellations closer to the course start date.

The payment of the fees is done via a secured payment platform, Flywire

Flywire provides all the major payment methods available in the countries it serves.  

Dispute Resolution

We offer to all our students a dispute resolution and appeal process, in the unlikely event that a serious issue arises and cannot be solved otherwise. 

  • In case of serious issue, or if deemed necessary, students can file an appeal within 15 working days of being notified about the contested decision or after the issue arose
  • Appeals must be submitted by sending a registered letter to Student Affairs. The letter should clarify the motive of the appeal and the contested decision should be enclosed, if applicable
  • The Appeal Commission must provide its final decision to the student within no more than 21 working days after receipt of the appeal application
  • If the student is not satisfied with the decision of the Appeal Commission, the case can be brought before the CPE Mediation-Arbitration Scheme
